Position Objective

Providing the day-to-day Administrative Assistance to Project Manager 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Project Manager
  • Assist will all communications to the customer
  • Manage customer work order system. Monitor work orders relevant to Harvard
  • Daily timekeeping management and payroll submission
  • Handling supply orders
  • Print daily reports for our customer
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of Administrative Assistance experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must read, write, and speak English and Spanish
  • Must have a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic to join our team.
  • Great customer service skills
