The Training and Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with Risk Management and Human Resources department to aid in the review and selection of candidates to fill open positions and work to ensure they are properly trained to encourage a safe workplace. This position will also aid in supporting the Project Manager by aiding in the performance improvement of all current associates. Strong leadership, oratory and presentation skills along with energy and enthusiasm, the Training and Recruiting Coordinator (TRC) will drive the staff recruiting, on-boarding, orientation and training requirements for the site with the primary goal of providing a high functioning team. The TRC will possess the necessary industry knowledge and skills to enable them to be the primary subject matter expert for the site. Required skills would include; forklift operation, ability to use large industrial floor cleaning machines, floor and carpet care maintenance, general cleaning such as disinfection, damp wiping, waste removal, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and have a can-do attitude.
