Reporting to the VP, Corporate Accounts, the primary objective of the Corporate Account Manager is to direct the account management activities for one of Harvard’s largest and fastest growing national clients. The person in this role will work collaboratively with the VP of Corporate Accounts and EVPs of Operations to develop deep client understanding, build strong relationships, drive new business and lead the ongoing account management and retention process. This incumbent will work closely with all corporate functions, especially Operations, Human Resources and Safety to ensure the delivery of Service Excellence. The role will also be responsible for utilizing the organization’s strengths and value proposition to create innovative solutions for our client that will grow Harvard’s position as a preferred supplier. Location for this position is flexible as significant travel is required.
