Responsible for the operational and financial success of the Harvard Maintenance branches, with specific focus on profitability, efficiency, productivity, employee retention and customer satisfaction. A member of upper management, the director of operations ensures that a company's everyday activities run smoothly and set parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. As a senior leader, the operations director is accountable for being a role model for Harvard’s core values: people first, safety, teamwork, client focus and accountability.
