Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager whose primary focus will be to provide excellent customer service and follow up on the needs of the various client locations we serve. We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee these locations by completing day to day inspections and ensure we gauge the needs and the customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will regularly inspect various locations by doing walk through of the facilities, reporting the identified needs and ensuring all needs are addressed in a timely fashion. Ideal candidate will possess janitorial and customer service background.
