This newly created position reports directly to Harvard’s CHRO and will play a critical role in realizing the vision and growth plans for the company. The VP Talent Acquisition plans, develops, and directs recruitment strategies, processes and employment programs. The VP leads the process to develop our employer brand and essential to our progressing “people first” as a market differentiator for Harvard. The person in this role is a key player on a national HR leadership team, contributing to HR strategy and building a high-performing team.
