    Job Summary:  


    The primary objective of the Director of Marketing is to lead the continued brand evolution of the Doobin Family Companies.  The right candidate will have a passion for communications, brand development and brand expansion in support of organizational growth.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Work with the EVP of Sales and Marketing to evolve the organizations comprehensive sales and marketing strategy
    • Create unique value propositions through evaluating client needs and insights, market dynamics, and competitive analysis
    • Continually improve and manage all customer facing Brand material to include literature, web sites, signage, trade show material, uniforms, and equipment
    • Lead corporate internal and external communication efforts
    • Partner with Human Resources to develop and then guide employer branding
    • Demonstrated strong creative thinking and advanced writing and editing skills 
    • Proven history of creating and executing a corporate social media strategy to expand brand recognition in support of corporate growth strategies  
    • Manage external relationships with agencies or media as needed
    • Work with Sales to build working knowledge of regional markets, customers, and competitors to guide geographic specific marketing strategies
    • Understanding and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and with multiple projects happening at one time Ability to work with all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, teamwork, and professionalism 
    • High level of proficiency with various software applications to include the Microsoft Office suite.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or Communications, MBA preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in progressing Marketing roles to include Manager or Director levels.
    • Experience in a Services related business beneficial
