Job Summary:
The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day janitorial operations to ensure quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and contract compliance. This role focuses on managing existing accounts both operationally and financially, while fostering strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for new business growth. The Janitorial Account Manager will lead and mentor a team, monitor performance, control budgets, and coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver high standards of service in alignment with company guidelines
