Job Summary:

The Lead Floor Tech will oversee and perform the cleaning, maintenance, and restoration of all hard surfaces and carpeted floors within the facility. This role involves leading a team, ensuring quality floor care services, and operating specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet and brick flooring
• Complete work assignments in a timely manner
• Utilize the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to policy and procedure
• Leverage and maintain floor equipment as appropriate  
• Always observe safety precautions, use “wet floor” safety signs
• Use appropriate Protective Equipment
• Ability to work without normal supervision
• Report safety hazards when identified

• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience and Supervisory experience
• Must know how to Strip, Refinish and Burnish Hard Floors
• Spot Cleaning & Shampooing carpets
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation
