A day in the life:

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing Harvard’s strategic client accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met through effective coordination across internal teams. The Strategic Account Executive drives client satisfaction, retention, and growth while supporting overall business objectives and enhancing the Client Experience.

What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member

·        Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients.

·        Enhance the client experience to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

·        Monitor client performance metrics (KPIs) and address issues proactively.

·        Coordinate communication and collaboration between clients and internal teams.

·        Negotiate and manage contracts, timelines, and budgets.

·        Support business growth through account expansion and client development.

·        Prepare and present reports on account performance, goals, and initiatives.

·        Participate in business reviews and governance meetings with clients.

What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

·        3-4 years of experience in account management, client relations, or sales.

·        Janitorial or similar industry experience highly preferred.

·        Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

·        Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

·        Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

·        Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
