    Position Overview:

     

    Supporting client functions, customer service interactions, and facility cleanliness within a professional and social environment. Ranked as one of the worlds most admired companies by fortune magazine, this naturally lit scenic property boasts its exterior walking paths and break areas. Catering on site or a short distance to retail, food, and Highway accessibility.

     

     

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner
    • Maintains a clean working environment for client areas
    • Identifies Facility Maintenance Issues and reports accordingly
    • Assist with Conference room set up, refresh, and break down
    • Remains constantly aware of activities to ensure a safe working environment
    • Keep elevator cars clean and neat
    • Preserve lobby and first impression areas
    • Maintain restroom cleanliness including routine stocking of supplies
    • Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthly
    • Respond to special requests throughout the day

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 1 year Porter experience
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Spanish
    • Must be willing to work assigned hours

     

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
    • Work in close proximity to others
    • Work outdoors in all changing weather condition in geographical area
    • Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling
