    Job Summary:

     

    Position: Account Executive

    Shift: Full Time

    Schedule: Monday through Friday 40+ hours but flexible

    Location: Candidate will office out of Phoenix, AZ

     

    We are looking for an energetic and extremely outgoing professional to service our existing account base.  This individual will act as the liaison between client and our sales and operations teams and be ultimately responsible for the client experience.  Recent college graduates looking for an exciting career in customer relations and business development are encouraged to apply.  Looking for a candidate that fits the local Harvard culture of collaboration and teamwork.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
    • Must have the ability to work independently while maintaining measurable results
    • Provide timely feedback to sales and operations to ensure clients expectations are met
    • Participate in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual client business reviews
    • Cultivate existing relationships through regular customer visits and closed loop communication
    • Cross-sell and track quotes for additional building and tenant services; including follow-up, billing and collections
    • Ensure service excellence through the execution of quality assurance inspections
    • Learn our HarvardSmart Inspection System, teach and train employees and customers on the use of this software program
    • Become knowledgeable of current client’s contractual status to renegotiate expiring contracts or enhance existing contracts
    • Maintain knowledge of competitors, industry trends and Harvard services offerings
    • Attend annual corporate meetings in Miami
    • Will be expected to participate in trade shows, industry association functions, join and attend industry organizations as directed, participate in committees as appropriate, organize and work summer golf tournaments
    • Client entertainment will be expected including breakfast, lunches, happy hours, dinners and other entertainment venues
    • Microsoft Office experience including Power Point a must

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
    • Proven and documented track record of winning business preferred
    • Exceptional client focus skills and superior presentation skills
    • Ability to present and influence customer and internal management
    • Excellent leadership skills that foster teamwork and ability to build cross-functional relationships
    • Background screening required
